BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
We will do all we can to help you transition into healthy curly hair. It can take several visits and haircuts to reach your curl goals. It is important that you be prepared to invest in the products necessary to support a proper at home regiment. It’ll be all worth it in the end, we promise!!
***Cancellations/ Late Arrivals***
A non-refundable deposit of 30% your total service cost will be due at the time of your booking. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of your service. If your appointment is canceled prior to 48 hours of your appointment day and time, your deposit can be transferred towards your next appointment cost. If your appointment is canceled within the 48 hour period, your deposit will not transfer to your next appointment and the REMAINING SERVICE COST will be charged to the CC on file.
WE HAVE NO GRACE PERIOD
Please arrive on time (Preferably 10-15 minutes early). Late arrivals will have to reschedule their appointment (deposit will not transfer), and the REMAINING SERVICE COST will be charged to the card on file. If the transaction is denied, you will no longer be able to book any future appointments with Unleashed Curly Hair Salon.
Your satisfaction is our main goal! If you have any issues with your service, we want to know!! Please be sure to let us know within 72 hours from receiving your service, and we will gladly attempt to fix the issue as quickly as possible at no charge to you (contingent on what was originally agreed to during the consultation).
We do not accept opened or used products.
We reserve the right to refuse this courtesy at our discretion.
Minor children under the age of 18, must have prior written consent by legal guardian to be serviced while legal guardian isn't present in the salon. Otherwise, the guardian of the minor is permitted to be in the salon while minor is being serviced. No additional guests may be permitted in the salon during your service (including infants/toddlers).
We understand that life happens and that emergencies do as well. Which is why all policies are subject to change at any time by Aleka M. Pooe (Owner/Founder). Changes can occur on a case by case bases. All we ask is that you keep us in the loop via phone call or email.
